Mark A. Kaiser is the principal in Mark Kaiser Enterprises, LLC. Mark is a senior advisor and thinking partner who works with business leaders to provide outside insight on the challenges they face. Mark is the person CEOs and other senior leaders turn to with their most confidential questions, risks and uncertainties. As a thinking partner, Mark allows his clients to vet the tough decisions while continuing to drive superior results. The power of Mark’s insight often enables significant leaps in performance and growth.

Mark has led high-growth organizations in the logistics, telecommunications, and healthcare industries ranging in size from $40 million to over $1 billion in revenue. He has also been involved in the acquisition of nearly 100 companies and has lead public and private financing including venture, mezzanine, IPO and secondary public offerings as a CEO. As a result, he has twice won the Forbes magazine Fast Tech 50 award which recognizes the fasting growing companies in the U.S.

Mark is a recognized expert on creating high performing businesses and the associated leadership challenges having appeared in The New York Times, The Financial Times, Inc. magazine, The Wall Street Journal, Georgia Trend, Catalyst magazine, Worthwhile magazine, Georgia Public Television and the Atlanta Journal and Constitution.

Mark is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and is a 2004 graduate of the Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) accredited NACD/University of Georgia Directors’ College. He has served as an independent director on both public and private company boards for technology, healthcare and consumer-product companies. Mark is a Trustee of the Woodruff Arts Center in Atlanta.

Mark is a member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), the Society of International Business Fellows (SIBF), a charter member of the Georgia State University Marketing Roundtable and a graduate of Leadership Atlanta. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science and mathematics from Furman University in South Carolina. He and his wife, Anne, live in the Buckhead community of Atlanta and Telluride, Colorado.
